I’m not Indonesian, but my cousins are. Our families run the business together, and they’re introducing us to Indonesian food product by product. I get a lot of advice on which foods go together, how things are cooked, and so on. Whenever we get new gourmet foods, they teach us how to eat it. Learning on the job takes some brainpower, but it’s a lot of fun!
